The gallery consists of oil and pastel paintings, most of which depict Sarmatians, a group of Polish gentry.
Among them are created in the first half of the 18th century portraits of Krystyna Potocka, Feliks Potocki, Michał Potocki and Jerzy Potocki, key benefactors of Krasnystaw Jesuits. The collection also includes images of Anna Stamirowska, Tomasz Stamirowski, Rafał Sarbiewski and August Kicki, representatives of local gentry. Pastel portrait of August Kicki was most likely painted by one of the artists working at the court of King Stanisław II Augustus.
